De it ordeined by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, 'nett; SBOYIUD 1. That Section 391 of the Revised. Ordinanoes of Salt Lake City of 1900, as amended by an ordinenoe passed by the City Council of Oalt bake City December 10, 1906, and approved by the Mayor Deeember 13, 1906, be, end the same is hereby amended and re- eneoted so an to read as followel U0Ti)N 391. A restaurant keeper is hereby defined to be any person who shall for any consideration furnish food in any quantity to be eaten an the premixes where aold, end without lodging, within the Unite of aalt Leke City. A restaurant keeper's license may be issued upon the applicant filing With the application for such. license, a etatement under oath, showing the greateot number of persons such applioant for a license onn furnish with food at one time. The yearly license charged. for restaurants shall be as fellows: For all restaurants able to accommodate thirty or more pereone et one time 05.00.
