An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property within the district described as follows: Beginning at the center of the intersection of Third South and Fourth West Streets; thence north to the north line of First North Street; thence east to the: east line of Third West Street; thence north to the south line of Second North Street; thence east to the center of Second West Street; thence south to the center line of First North Street; thence east to the venter line of State Street; thence south to the north line of South Temple Street; thence west to the east line of First West Street; thence south to the center line of Third South Street; thence west to the center line of Fourth West Street, the place of beginning. Also on both sides of Second West Street, from Fifth North Street to a point three hundred and thirty (330) feet north of Seventh North Street, except where sidewalks are laid or streets are vacated by ordinance to railroads, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 6, 11, 19 and 20, for the construction of cement sidewalks. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization and Review, heretofore duly appointed bly the City Council for that purpose, of the property abutting on t.%e east side of Fourth West Street between First South and Second. South Streets; on the west side of Third West Street between North Temple and First North Streets, and between First South and Third South Streets; on the east side of Third West Street between First North and Third South Streets; on the west side of Second West Street between First North and Eighth North Streets, and between South Temple and Third South Streets; on the east side of Second West Street between Fifth North and Eighth North Streets, and between South Temple and Third South Streets; on the west side of First West Street between North Temple and First North Streets, between South Temple and First South I -2- Streets, and between Second South and Third South Streets; on the east side of First West Street between South Temple and First South Streets, and between Second South and Third South Streets; on the north side of First North Street between Second West and Fourth West Streets; on the south side of First North Street between State and East Temple Streets, and between West Temple and Fourth West Streets} on the east side of West Temple Street between North Temple and street First North Streets; on the north side of North TempleAbetween First West and Third West Streets; on the south side of North Temple Street between State and Third West Streets; and on the north side of Third South Street Astween Third West and Fourth West Streets, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 5, 11, 19 and 20, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing* cement sidewalks upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
