AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance amending Section 618 of Chapter 14 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating'to the
City Pound, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of
Commissioners February 4, 1918.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 618 of Chapter 14 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to the City Pound,
as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners
February 4, 1918, be, and the same is hereby amended so as to
read as follows:
SECTION 618. SALARY. The City Poundkeeper shall
not to exceed
receive a salary of1200.00 per annum, payable monthly
as are the salaries of other city officers.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the City that
this ordinance become effective immediately.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall t e effecter�August 1, 1918.
