Green Mr. Chairman Result AN ORDINANCE LB OR-DILA:NOE LEVYING A TA,i1 and for the assessment of eroper- ty on the north side of Roosevelt Avenue from a point 162.6 feet east of Seventh Last to Eighth East eitreeta and on the south side of Roosevelt Avenue from Seventh to Eighth East Streets in Salt Lake City (Street Extension No. 4) for the purpose of establishing, widen— ing and opening of 2oosevelt Avenue. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commiseiorers of aalt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That the Board of Comjeeionera of Salt Lake Cite does hereby levy a tax and provide for the assessment of the same upon the property hereinafter described (Street Extension to. 4) for the purpose of establishing, wieenjeT3 and opening of Roueevelt Avenue, to-wit: In Lot 7, Block 15, 5-acre Plat A, Biz Field Survey, abutting on the north side of Roosevelt Avenue from a point 162.6 feet east of Seventh East to hlueth East Streets ant on the south siae of Roosevelt Avenue from :JevenLI., to Eiehth East ;-.treete. SECTIOiiT III. Said tax shall be payable in three equal yearly installments as provided by law and ordinance with interest on the whole sum unpaid at the rate of six per cent per annum, payable at the time each installment is due. In the event any installment or the interest aforesaid is not paid on the day the same becomes due, the whole amount of the special tax unpaid at the time said installment and interest are due, shall become due 1 and payable, and shall dra•:! interest at the rate of twelve per I 1 cent per annum until the sale of the proporty assessed.
