AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 6, referred to in Section 90 of
the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah,
1965, relating to location of traffic control signals.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 6, referred to in Section 90 of the
Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965,
relating to location of traffic control signals, be, and the same
hereby is amended by deleting from said schedule the following:
Street Avenue
State/& Harvard/
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication_
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 9th day of July, 1969. I
