Any person, be he owner, proprietor, clerk or any other person having regular or temporary charge of any hotel, boarding house, or rooming house, who shall violate any provision of this section, shall upon con- , viction, be punished by a fine of not more than fifty dollars, in default of the payment of which, such person shall be commit- ted to the City Jail for a period of not more than thirty days. SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances, or resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this ordinance, are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. SECTION 3.
