'211at .;eoion2 019X and 819:1 of Chapter 29, Revised Ordinances of La.lt Lake City, 1913, as ordained by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners on October let, 1913, be and the same are hereby amended so as to read as follows: SECTIOK 81911. SECTION II. In the opinion of the Board of Commission- ers, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the in- habitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance take effect im- i 1 mediately and that an emergency is therefore hereby declared.
