AN ORDINAhCL LEVYING L ILL and for the assessment of pro-
perty on 1st Vest Street between 5th horth and 'Mall Streets and
Pal] "treet from. 1st to 2d West Streets, in Paving Districts i-o. 26,30
and 33,
1(Paving Extension No. 166), for the purpose of providing for the
grading, parking, curbing P guttering, constructing drainage system
to carry water across and along streets and intersections, construct-
ing private driveways and paving with sheet asphalt thereof.

SECTION I. That the Board of Commissioners of Balt Lake
City, does hereby levy the to and provide for the assessment of
the same upon the property: hereinafter described in Paving Districts
30 and 33,

for the grading, parkin , curbing & guttering, constructing drain-

This tax is levied to defray the expense of :pradien,
