Green ::airman Result AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1165 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners on August 18, 1921, relating to the Fire Department. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That Section 1165 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1920, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners on ,august 18, 1921, relating; to the Fire Department, be and the same is hereby amended to read as fol- lows: SECTION 1165. ORGANIZATION AND SALREIES. The Are Department of Salt Lake city shall consist of the following officers, whose salaries shall be as fixed by the Board of Commissioners within the limits specified as follows: The Chief of Department, not to exceed 03600.00 Assistant Chief, not to exceed 2160.00 Battalion- Chief, not to exceed 2100.00 Secretary, not to exceed 1800.00 Captains, not to exceed 1920.00 • Lieutenants, not to exceed 1620.00 Superintendent of Fire and Police Alarm, not to exceed 2160.00 Firemen of 1st Grade, no` less than 1620.00 Box more than 2400.00 Firemen of 2nd Grade, not Less than . 1500.00 Nor more than 1620.00 Firemen of 3rd Grade, not less than 1380.00 Nor more than 1500.00 Inspectors, Deputy Fire Marshals, "taster Mechanic, and Firemen Mechanics shall be graded. as Captains, Lieutenants or Firemen of the first, second and third grade. 65 sT SECTION 2.
