AN ORDINANCE /' AN ORDINANCE VACATING the west 133.50 feet of Learned Avenue (vicinity of 18th West Street). Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the west 133.50 feet of Learned Avenue (vicinity of 18th West Street) more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at a point which is North 0°03'08" West 359.39 feet and South 89°58'38" West, 678.91 feet from the South Qarter Corner of Section 34, T.1 N., R.1 W., S.L.B. & M.; said point also being North 89°58'38" East, 18.00 feet from the southeast corner of Block 3, Charles S. Desky's Third Addition Subdivision, and running thence South 0° 03'08" East, 66.00 feet; thence South 89°58'38" West, 133.50 feet; thence North 0°03'08" West 66.00 feet; thence North 89°58'38" East, 133.50 feet to the point of beginning. Containing .20 acres. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose,;of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
