AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX AND FOR THE' ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY ON
FIRST NORTH STREET BETWEEN EAST TEMPLE AND STATE STRUFTS AND ON STAIF
STREET BETWEEN FIRST NORTH AND HILLSIDE AVENUE. IN SEWER DISTRICT NO.1.
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER.
BE IT ORDAINED EY THE CITY COUNCIL OF SALT LAKE CITY. UTAH:
Sec. 1. That the City Council does hereby levy a tax and provide
for the essm ttt upon the property hereinafter described abutting on
First Iort°PF Street between East Temple and State Stigaets and on State
' Street3WireenAhlarlorth and Hillside Avenue. in Sewer District No. 1.

Dollars ($.70) per front or linear foot, end the Treasurer is hereby
authorized a;nd empowered to assess in accordance with th0 provisions of
this ordinance for the purpose herein mentioned. the Fast 305 feet of Lot. 5,
all of Lot R, Block 93, Flat "A"; also commencing at the Northeast corner
of said Lot F, thence East 33 feet; all of Lots 1.2,3,4 and the East 7F,0
feet: of Lot 5, Flock 2; all of lots 1.2.4,5 and, the South 49 feet of Lot
F, Block 1; all of Lots 2,40,Flock 1, Plat "F,"; anti all of Lot 2,
