66 of 1909 - Ordinance 66 of 1909 – Sidewalk Extension No. 108, Third Partial Estimate. AN ORDINANCE . An ordinance levying a tax and for the assessment of property on all streets within the district bounded on the west by the center line Hat' State Street, on the east by the center line of Thirteenth East 1Street, on the north by the south side of Ninth South Street, and on the south by the city limits, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 29, 30, 32, 33, 34, 26, 37, 38, 40 and 43, for the -ionstruotion of cement side- walks. Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. Said tax shall become and be delinquent in five equ4l II installments, as follows, to-wit: One-fifth thereof one year after the approval of the ordinance confirming the levy of the tax for the payment for such irovement; one-fifth thereof in two years after such approval; one-fifth thereof in three years after such approval; one-fifth thereof in four years after such approval; and one-fifth of said thereof in five years after such approval. One or moreAinstallments or the whole tax may be paid on or before ten days after the approve. II � I -6- of the ordinance confirming the levy of the tax. One or more install- ments, or the whole special tax may be paid on the day any installment becomes due, by paying the amount thereof and interest to date of payL ment.
