An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
` hereinafter described in the district bounded on the north by,
Eleventh South Street, on the east by Fifteenth East Street,
on the south by Twelfth South Street, and on the west by
Third East Street; also on the east side of Fifth East Street)
between Bryan Avenue and Eleventh South Street, in Sidewalk
Districts Nos. 29 and 44, for the construction of cement side-
walks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
