An ordinance creating Paving District No. 26.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the following Paving District is hereby creat-
ed and established in Salt Lake City, to-wit: Paving District No.
26 shall be and consist of all that portion of Sixth East Street
lying between the south side of South Temple Street and the north
side of Second South Street, and between the south side of Second
South Street and the north side of Third South Street.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval..
Passed by the City Council of CCait Lake City,Utah, May 17th,
1906, and referred to the Mayor for his approval.

Approved this 27 day of May, 1906.
