An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property:
hereinafter described on Fourth South Street between West Temple
and Rio Grande Streets, in Paving District No. 28, and in
Paving Extension No. 81, for the purpose of grading, guttering
and curbing, constructing drainage system across intersections,
tria paving thereof.

said street, is hereby confirmed, 'and the assessments made
and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.
