Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance repealing an ordinance entitled "An ordinance
levying a tax and for the assessment of property on Laird Avenue
between Eleventh East and Thirteenth East Streets, in Paving Dis-
trict No. 31 (Paving Extension No. 160) , for the purpose of pro-
viding for the grading, removing of old curb and gutter, constructing
private driveways and integral curb, installing water services and
sewer connections, and paving thereof", passed by the Board of
Commissioners December 2, 1919.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance entitled "An ordinance levying
a tax and for the assessment of property on Laird Avenue between
Eleventh East and Thirteenth East Streets, in Paving District No.
31 (Paving Extension No. 160) , for the purpose of providing for the
grading, removing of ol't curb and gutter, constructing private
driveways and integral curb, installing water services and sewer
connections, and paving thereof", passed by the Board of Commis-
sioners December 2, 1919, be, and the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
