Mr. Chairman yr ;,--"'AN ORDI ' CE Result . . . 1 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-19-6 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, dealing with height regulations in Business "B-3"District in the Zoning Ordinance. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1 . That Section 51-19-6 bf the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and dealing'with height regula- tions in Business "B-3" District, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "Sec. 51-19-6. Height regulations. "1 . The maximum height of a building or structure shall be twenty-five (25) feet or two (2) stories. "2. The maximum height of a billboard or sign shall be twenty-five (25) feet or one panel." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immedi'ately. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon- its first publication.
