AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule l4-d, referred to in Section
144 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah,
1955, relating to Parking Prohibited At All Times.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah;
SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-d, referred to in Section 144 of
the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955,
relating to parking prohibited at all times, be, and the same hereby is,
amended by adding thereto at the end of the designation of streets therein,
the following additional street:
"Elder Court, east side, between 7th South and its
dead-end, approximately 350 feet north of 7th South."
SECTION 2. in the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become
effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this �4th day of May , 1960.
