Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the plat of Arcadia Subdivision, together with all of the blocks and lots therein located, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby are, vacated and annulled and all alleys, streets and ways laid out therein are hereby vacated and annulled and declared no longer to be public property for use as streets, avenues, alleys or pedestrian ways, and the land covered by said plat is hereby declared to be and is made acreage property the same as it was before said plat was made and filed: All of Arcadia Subdivision inclusive of all streets, alleys and ways therein and further described as being a subdivision of part of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 19 and 20 of the south-half of Block 5, Five Acre Plat "B", Big Field Survey. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon, for the purpose of inspect- ing, maintaining, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
