SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
; Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of
equalization and review, of the property in Lots 5 and 6, i
. Block 22; 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 27, all in Plat "F", Salt Lake 1
City Survey, abutting on both sides of Third South Street i
' between Eleventh East and Twelfth East Streets; and on the
west side of Elizabeth Street between Second South and Third
South Streets, in Paving District No. 27 of Salt Leke City,
' for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and
curbing thereof, constructing storm sewers across all inter-
. sections, and constructing cement sidewalks where sidewalks
" are unpaved, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
' returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.
