Green .. 3 i Neslen Scheid — / � Mr. Chairman Result_..____... AN ORDINANCE An ordinance amending Section 1334 of Chapter 61 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That Section 1334 of Chapter 61 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, be and hereby is amended so as to read as follows: Section 1334. SERVICE PIPE. CURB BOX. CHARGE FOR CONNECTION. The service pipes and connections from the main to the curb line, including a curb box to be placed within the line of the street curb, will be put in and maintained by the City Water Department, and kept within its exclusive control, for which the following charges, payable in advance shall be made: For a 6/9 inch connection - - - - YV 12.00 For a 3/4 inch connection - - - - 16.00 For a 1 inch connection - - - - 19.00 Charges for other size connections and all work done by the department of water supply and water works, including cutting and replacing pavement where necessary, shall be fixed by the Commissioner of Water Works at the actual cost for work done. Where an old service pipe is replaced by a new service pipe of a larger size the charge shall be the same as for the in- 68 'li II stallation of a new service pipe, and in al cases the ser- vice pipe from the curb box to the premises to be supplied with water, shall be of the same size as the service pipe out- side the curb box.
