AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Subparagraph Six (6) of Section 19-1-10 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 41 passed the 1st day of July, 1958, relating to regulations pertaining to the sale of beer. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah. SECTION 1. That Subparagraph Six (6) of Section 19-1-10 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 41 passed the 1st day of July, 1958, relating to regulations pertaining to the sale of beer, be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows: "(6) Premises licensed pursuant to this Chapter • shall maintain throughout said premises and during business hours a minimum of one (1) candle power light measured at a level five (5) feet above the floor, and no booth, blind or stall shall be O maintained unless all tables, chairs and occupants, CC' if any, therein are kept open to the full view from the main floor at the entrance of such licensed premises." SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately. t2 Rec. 200 6.58 Q.P. -2- SECTION 3.
