Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Use District Map" as adopted by Section
51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as
amended, relating to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and
the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described real property in a Residential
"R-2" District, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
zoned as a Commercial "C-1" District and the Use District
Map is amended and changed accordingly:
Beginning at a point which is 83.42 feet South 22°20'
East and 131.7 feet North 13°52' West and 163.3 feet
North 15°0' West and 152.1 feet North 1°05' West from
the southwest corner of Lot 6, Block 46, Ten Acre Plat
"A", Big Field Survey; thence North 1°05' West 47.0
feet; thence South 89°45' East 45.0 feet; thence South
1°05' East 33.0 feet; thence South 72°34' West 47.2
feet to the point of beginning; also
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 9, Block 1,
Granite Subdivision Plat "A", Block 46, Ten Acre Plat ; 7°
"A", Big Field Survey; thence West 66.0 feet; thence f '
North 105.0 feet; thence East 66.0 feet; thence South
105.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
