Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the alley between Kensington Avenue and Emerson Avenue and between 14th East and 15th East Streets, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 30, Block 4, Emerson Heights Subdivision, a subdivision of part of Block 11, 5 acre Plat "C' and Block 11, F. M. Lyman Jr's survey of Section 16, T.1 S., R.l E., S.L.B. & M. and running thence Southeasterly to the "y Southeast corner of said Lot 30; thence East 425.0 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 48, said Block 4; thence Northeasterly to the Southeast corner of said Lot 48; thence South 50.0 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, said Block 4; thence Northwesterly to the Northwest corner of said Lotl; thence West 425.0 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 19, said Block 4; thence Southwesterly to the Northwest corner of said Lot 19; thence North 50.0 feet to the point of beginning.
