An ordinance oonfiraing the assessment upon the property on the
south side of Seemed Mast Street free Sizth Bast Street to Seventh
Bast Street, Ia fewer Dtstrlet NO. 1, for the eoastrustion of a
sewer.
Be it ordained by the City Cenneil of Salt Lake City, Utah:
$BCTION 1. That the assse sent list mats by the City Treasurer
e1 eorrooted, approved and eeeploted by the Beard of Byualisation
and Review, heretofore duly appeintod by the City Otuwil for that
purpose, of the property abutting en that south aids of Second South
Street front Sixth Nast Street to Seventh Bast Street is Sewer Die-
triet No. 1, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of oaastruoting a
surer upon said portion of said street, is hereby sonfireed, and the
assessments made and retuarasd in said completed lilts are hereby
confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinanes shall take effect upon approval.
