AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of alley running south
\> from Emerson Avenue west of 15th East Street in Salt Lake City,
Utah. •
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That a portion of alley running south from
Emerson Avenue west of 15th :East Street in Salt Lake City, Utah,
more particularly describes as follows:
Beginning at a point 92.2 ft. south of the Northeast
corner of Lot 48, Block 4, Emerson Heights Add., being a
part of Block 11, Five Acre Plat 'CT, Big Field Survey;
said point being the Southeast corner of said Lot 48, run-
ning thence 5.40 ft. South, thence S. 45' W. 27.72 ft.,
thence west 5.40 ft. to the Southwest corner of said Lot
48, thence N. 45' E. 35.35 ft. to the point of beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing
rights of way of any and every description now located in, on,
under or over the confines of the above described property and.
also subject to thy_ right 0g aetry thcreon for the purpose of in-
specting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering
or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitahts
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective imme-
diately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication. /

Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:

west of 15th East Street in Salt Lake
