AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of High Avenue between 1st West
Street and 2nd West Street.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That that portion of High Avenue between 1st West
and 2nd West Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and
the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public
property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 35, Block 1,
Annex to Desky's 2nd Addition, a subdivision of part of
Block 10, 5 Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey and running
thence S. 0°01'16" E. 33.0 feet; thence S. 89°53'07" W.
274.96 feet; thence N. 0°01'16" W. 34.45 feet to a point
S. 89°48'23" E. 2.54 feet from the Southwest corner of
Lot 25, said Block 1; thence S. 89°48'23" E. 274.96 feet
to the point of beginning. Contains 0.213 acres.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of
way and easements of all public utilities in, on, under or over the
confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights
of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing,
ren{oving, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
