Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance amending Section 1 of an ordinance entitled "An
ordinance amending Chapter 53 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City of 1913, relating to licenses, by adding in and to said
chapter three new sections to be known as Sections 849x8, 861x1
and 875x8", passed by the Board of Commissioners February 4, 1919,
by repealing Sections 861x1 and 875x8 thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sections 861x1 and 875x8 of Section 1 of an
ordinance entitled "An ordinance amending Chapter 33 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to licenses,
by adding in and to said chapter three new sections to be known as
Sections 849x8, 861x1 and 875x8", passed by the Board of Commis-
sioners February 4, 1919, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it
is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
