same upon the property hereinafter described in Lighting District '
No. 10-A, for the purpose of oroviding for the operation, maintenance
and patrolling of arc lamps, to-wit:

This tax is levied to defray the expense of drovidinF
for the operation, m,nintenr.ance and potrollirif of rc lamps (said
lamps to be one hundred twenty-six (122)• in number; fourteen (14)
ornamental iron Standards on each block in said district (seven
standards to be on each side of each block) each standard to carry

Salt Lake City are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
SECTIO1N III. bait tax. shall be ,' ytaule in ten ecucl
yearly installments as _provided by Law and ordinance. In the
event any installment is not paid on the day the same becomes duel
the whole amount of the special t_=_.. unpaid at the time said in-
stallment is due, shall become due and payable, anti- shall draw int
terest at the rate of twelve nor cent oar annum until the sale of
the property assessed.
SECTION IV. Chic ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.
