Le it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SC'TION I. That Section 1354 of an ordinance of Salt Lake City, Utah, passe by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on September 13, 1032, relating to licenses, be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 1354. it shall ee unlawful for any person, association of persons, firm or corporation to manage, conduct, operate or carry on the business of a retail service station within the limits of Salt Lae City without first having obtain- ed a license therefor as hereinafter provided. The term "retail service station", as used in this ordinance, shall mean and include any place where lmbr.icants, fuels and services are sold or are made available to and there delivered direct to motor driven vehicles for use or consumption therein. Mach person, association of persons, firm or corpora- tion having, operating or maintaining a retail service station within the limits of Salt Lake City during each calendar year, or any part thereof, shall pay to the City License Assessor and Collector the folloe.ing fee;;: For each retail service station maintaining or opera- ting, during any part of the year, two pumps or measuring devices, or less or none, for the delivery or measurement of any motor the sum Of 415.00, fuelM end for each retail service station maintaining or operat- ing more than two pumps the sum of 415.00, plus $b.5C for each additional pump. SLCTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners, it is necessary to the health, peace and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance take effect immediately. SLC' luN 3.
