AN ORDINANCI VACATING all alley-'flays in Block 4, Colonial
Heights Subdivision of Block 28, 5-Acre Plat "C", Big Field Survey.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:

SECTION 1. That all alley-rays in Flock 4, Colonial Heights
Subdivision of Block 28, 5-Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, more
particularly described as follows:
4"--4 Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot I, Block 4,
Colonial Heights, a subdivision of Flock 28, 5-Acre
Plat "C"', Big lipid Survey, running., thence west
NI 595.0 ft., thence S. 4-5° V . 7.07 ft., thence south
114.0 ft., thence west 12.0 ft., thence north 250.0
ft., thence east 12.0 ft., thence south 114.0 ft.,
thence S. 45° E. 7.07 ft., thence east 595.0 ft.,
thence south 12.0 ft. to point of beginning being
part of Lot 20, said Flock 28, 5-Acre Plot "C";
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be
plaited as an alley-way or right of way or eublic street.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Loard of Commissioners
it is necessary to the Peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of salt Lake City,
