That alley running east and west between ,' 17th East Street and Kenwood Street, 125 feet south of Stratford -i ,,,... Avenue, in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly describes as v follows: v Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 2124, High- Land Park Plat tAt, a subdivision of part of Sections 20 and 21, T. 1 S., R. 1 E., S. L. B. & M., thence north 11.66 ft. to the southwest corner of Lot 2125, aforesaid subdivision, thence easterly 236 ft. along the south side of Lots 2125 to 2133 inclusive to the southeast corner of Lot 2133, thence south 11.65 ft. to the northeast corner of Lot 2134, thence westerly 236 ft. to the place of be- ginning; ., be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
