I AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 14-e, referred to in Section 145 of
the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City, relating to the prohibition of
parking at certain hours.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-e of the Traffic Code of Salt Lake City,
rLating to the prohibition of parking at certain hours, be, and the same
hdreby is, amended as follows:
(a) By deleting therefrom that portion which reads as follows:
"7th East Street from 350 South to 9th South, west side,
4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m."
(b) By adding thereto the following:
"7th East Street, west side, from 3rd South to 9th South
Streets, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m."
"4th South Street, south side, from 6th East to 7th East
Streets, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners is necessary
to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City
that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
21st day of January, 1970.
