AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBSECTION (a) of Section 2-21-4
of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965,
relating to bond requirements for minimum standards on leasing
of space at the airport.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Subsection (a) of Section 2-21-4 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to
bond requirements for minimum standards on leasing of space
at the airport, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows:
Sec. 2-21-4. Bond requirement. * * *
(a) If the minimum guaranteed annual rental is
$0 - $5,000 a performance bond of $500.00;
* * *.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabi-
tants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 6th day of February, 1974.
