hereinafter described in Canyon Road from a point 58.2 feet
north of the city monument of North Temple Street to Third
Avenue, thence in and along Canyon Road to Second North Street;
also in Fourth Avenue from Canyon Road to A Street; also in

equalization and review, of the property in Section 31, Town-
ship 1 north, Range 1 east, Salt Lake Base and Meridian,
abutting on the west side of Canyon Road between Third and
Fourth Avenues, in Serer District 1:10..1, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of constructing sewers upon said portions of
said streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made
and returned in said completed lists-are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall.. take effect one day
