AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Chapter 29 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to non-profit clubs and assoc-
iations, by adding thereto a new subsection 20-29-6.1, relating to
the limitation on location of class "B" licenses.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 29 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to non-profit clubs and associations,
be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto a new subsection
20-29-6.1, relating to the limitation on location of class "B" licenses,
said section to read as follows:
"Sec. 20-29-6.1. Limitation on location. No class "B" non-
profit club license authorized under this chapter, may be
issued to or for any premises in violation of the provisions
of Section 19-2-19 of these revised city ordinances."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lak ity, Utah,
this 11th day of une 1974.
