North Streets, in Sewer Dist-iet No.1, for the construction of a
De it ordained by the !`.ity Council of Salt Lake Cite, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the City (louneil does hereby levy the tax and
provide for t7ne aesesssment of tee sexes upon the property hereinafter
dcecribed. in Section 51, T. 1 N. , P. 1 L., Salt Lealta 'ease and Meri-
diem, abutting on the ear t side of State Street between North Tes aple
and .riret 'North Streets, in Sewer Dietriet leo. 1, said property
having u frontage of 1269.67 feet along said street.
This tax is levied to defray the expense of constructing a
sewer upon aaid portion of said. street opposite the property herein- 1
efter dec:erited to be especially affected and benefited by said im-
provement, end it is hereby ez.djedged, determined and established

of the intersection of State and West Canyon Streets, running thence

SECTION 2. Said tat Shall bet and be delinquent as follows;
