east 147 feet from Marion Street.

SECTION 1. That alley between Stratford Avenue and Hill-
crest Avenue and running east and west between 18th East Street and
Kenwood Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, more particularly describ-
ed as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 594, Highland
Park Plat "A", part of Sections 20 and 21, T. 1 S. , R. 1 E. ,
S. L. B. as M. , thence west 236 ft.; thence north 12 ft. ;
thence east 236 ft.; thence south 12 ft. to the place of
beginning;
be and the same is hereby vacated and declared no longer to be pub-
lic property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way.
SECTION 2. That alley 140 feet south of 4th North Street
and running east 147 feet from Marion Street, in Salt Lake City,
Utah, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 20, Elk. 3,
Oakwood Sub. of Blk. 80, Plat nC", Salt Lake City Survey,
thence west 147 ft. , thence north 15 ft. ; thence east 147
ft. ; thence south 15 feet to the place of beginning;
