Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake -~-'_ City, Utah: SECTION 1. That alleys running north and south between Third and Fourth East Streets and Milton and Bryan Avenues in Salt --- Lake City, Utah, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 22, Block 3, Waterloo Addition of Lots 4 and 5, Block 13, 5-Acre Plat ttA", Big Field Survey, thence west 13.0 ft., thence south 241.82 ft. to the southeast corner of Lot 24, Block 4, Kenwood Addition, a subdivision of Lots 2 and 3 and the west 1/2 of Lots 1 and 20, Block 13, 5-Acre Plat "A", thence east 13.0 ft., thence north 241.83 ft. to the point of beginning.
