AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries
of UseDistricts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sec. 51-11-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1955, relating to zoning and fixing the boundaries of
Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding in and to
said section a new paragraph to be known as Item 42, as follows:
"ITEM 42. The following described real property in Residential
"R-2" classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Business "13-3" classification and the Use District Map is hereby
amended and changed accordingly:
Beginning at the south corner of Lot 2, Block 7, Plat
"F", Glendale Gardens Subdivision, said point being on the
north side of Glendale Drive approximately 500 feet north-f
west of Navajo Street running thence North 54 degrees 03
minutes West 378.0 feet; thence North 35 degrees 57 minutes
East 241.0 feet; thence South 54 degrees 03 minutes East
897.72 feet, to the westerly side of Navajo Street; thence
southerly 13.60 feet around a 40 foot radius curve to the
right;, tangent to which curve bears South 16 degrees 28
minutes 07 seconds West at the point of beginning; thence
South 35 degrees 57 minutes West 11.64 feet; thence North
54 degrees 03 minutes West 521.0 feet; thence South 35
degrees 57 minutes West 216.0 feet to the point of beginning,
said property being more particularly described as follows:
The southwesterly 25 feet of Lots 1 thru 14 and the
southeasterly 36 feet of the southwesterly 25 feet of Lot 15,
Block 2, Plat "E", and all of Lots 2 thru 8 of Block 7,
Plat "F", and beginning at the easterly corner of Lot 2,
Block 7, Plat "F"; thence North 54 degrees 03 minutes West
378.0 feet; thence North 35 degrees 57 minutes East 66.0
feet; thence South 54 degrees 03 minutes East 378.0 feet;
thence South 35 degrees 57 minutes West 66 feet to the point
of beginning, being the east corner of Lot 2, Block 7, Plat
"F", all being part of Glendale Gardens in Salt Lake City,
Utah.

"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered
to show the above described tract of land as part of Business "B-3"
District Classification."
