AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of
Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto a
new paragraph to be known as Item 75, as follows:
"Item 75.
"The following described real property in Commercial "C-3" classi-
fication, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed to Industrial
"M-1" Classification and the Use District Map is amended and changed
accordingly:
Commencing at a point 165 feet west and 100 feet north of
the northwest corner of 5th South Street and Redwood Road;
thence west 2486 feet along the north line of the existing
Commercial "C-2" zone; thence north to the south line of 3rd
South Street; thence east 2486 feet along the south line of
3rd South Street; thence south along the west line of the
existing Commercial "C-2" zone to point of beginning.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show the
said above described tract of land from Commercial "C-3" classification to
Industrial "M-1" District Classification.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
10th day of October , 1967.
