1st ordinance creating the office of Assistant Health Commis-
sioner, and providing far the salary of said office, and the method

of filling the same.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
U flOZ 1. That there is hereby crested the offices of Assist-
ant Health Commissioner, and that the salary of said office is here-
by fixed at the sure of fifty (430.00) dollars per month, payable
monthly as are the salaries of other city offioers.

of the Cou il, appoint As Assistant Health Commissioner, who shell
be a graduate of a reputable medical college, and Wu shall held It
