AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the bound-
aries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto
a new paragraph to be known as Item 76, as follows:
"ITEM 76.
"The following described real property in Residential "R-2"
classification, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby
changed to Commercial "C-1" Classification and the Use
District Map is amended and changed accordingly:
Lots 43-53, inclusive, Block 4; Lots 49-53, inclusive,
Block 5; Lots 54-59, inclusive, each including one-half
of vacated alley, Block 5; Union Heights, being a part
of Block 46, Ten Acre Plat "A", Big Field Survey, Salt
Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah.
"That said Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to
show the said above described tract of land from Residential
"R-2" classification to a Commercial "C-1" District Classi-
fication."
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
