AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 32-6-7 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to threatening with firearms.
Be it ordained by the Board pf Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah;
SECTION 1. That Section 32=6-7 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relati,ng_,to threatening with firearms, be,
and the same hereby is amended as-follows:
"Sec. 32-6-7. Threatening.:`with firearms prohibited. It
shall be unlawful for any person to draw or exhibit any fire-
arm, whether it is loaded or unloaded, or any other deadly
weapon in an angry or threatening manner or to unlawfully use
the same in any fight or quarrel."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioner of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the health, peace and welfare of the
inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the ABppoard of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
