AN ORDINANCE Result / AN ORDINANCE VACATING all of Blocks 7, 8 and 9, including all alleys and streets designated 12th West and Concord between Andrew and Harris Avenues in South Salt Lake Subdivision, 100% of the abutting property owners having petitioned for the vacation. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That all of blocks 7, 8 and 9, including all alleys and streets designated 12th West and Concord between Andrew and Harris Avenues in South Salt Lake Subdivision, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, alley, avenue or pedestrian way: Beginning at a point which is the southwest corner of Lot 18, of Block 7, of the South Salt Lake Subdivision, being a part of the southwest a of the northwest 4 of Section 14, T.1 S., R.1 W., S.L.B. & M.; running thence North- 594 feet; thence East 932.3 feet; thence South 594 feet; thence West 932.3 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of inspecting, maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is neces- sary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall become effective immediately. SECTION 3.
