AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Subsection (74) of Section 51-24-1 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, .relating to use
regulations in a commercial "C-3" district.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Subsection (74) of Section 51-24-1 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to use regulations
in a commercial "C-3" district, be, and the same hereby is, amended to
read as follows:
"Sec. 51-24-1. * * *
(74) No shop or retail business,
