AN ORDINANCE Result . . . . ✓ v AN ORDINANCE VACATING a parcel of public property triangular in shape on the East side of Wasatch Drive from 17th South Street, all abutting property owners having petitioned for the vacation. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That a parcel of public property triangular in shape on the East side of Wasatch Drive from 17th South Street, more parti- cularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use for public purposes: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 32, Block 12, Terrace Heights Addition; thence West 109.38 feet; thence South 35 degrees 05 minutes East 116.58 feet; thence southerly along a 239.79 foot radius curve to the right 145.60 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 24, of said Block 12; thence north alone; the west boundary of said Block 12, 232 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property; and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
