Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That subparagraph (2) of Section 25-11-10 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to holidays, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "Sec. 25-11-10. Holidays. * * * "(2) When any holiday listed above falls on Sunday, the following business day shall be considered a holiday. When any holiday listed above falls on Saturday, the preceding business day shall be con- sidered a holiday. In addition to the above, any day may be des- ignated as a holiday by proclamation of the mayor, upon the approval of the board of city commissioners."
