AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of
Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto a
new paragraph to be known as Item 77, as follows:
"ITEM 77.
"The following described real property in Residential R-1 and R-2
classifications, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby changed
to Residential "R-7" Classification and the Use District Map is
amended and changed accordingly:
Beginning at a point which is 1913.29 feet south and 1121.30
feet East from the northwest corner of Section 23, T 1 S, R 1 E,
SLB&M, said point being the intersection of the east side of
Foothill Drive and the northwest corner of the existing Residential
"R-7" Zone; thence North 29°23' West along the east line of Foothill
Drive 58.86 feet; thence North 29°24'20" West along the east line
of Foothill Drive 460.0 feet to the south line of a proposed 66 foot
street; thence North 60°35'40" East along the south side of the above
proposed street 362.0 feet; thence South 29°24'20" East along the
west line of a proposed 66 foot street 240.67 feet; thence along the
westerly line of the proposed street 98.494 feet along a 600 foot
radius curve to the right; thence along the westerly line of the
proposed road 258.186 feet along a 250 foot radius curve to the left
(the center of which is North 70°00' East 250.0 feet); thence South
119.385 feet; thence South 4°43' East 51.47 feet to the north line
of the existing Residential "R-7" Zone; thence West along the
existing Residential "R-7" Zone 407.86 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
"Thatsaid Use District Map is hereby changed and altered to show
the said above described tract of land from Residential "R-1" and
"R-2" Classification to a Residential "R-7" District Classification."

SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt
Lake City, Utah, that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first publi-
cation.
