An ordinance amending and re-enacting Section 610 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1903, Le amended by an ordinance
passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City April 28, 1909, and ap-
proved by the Mayor April 29, 1909.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 610-of the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City of 1903, as amended by an ordinnnce p: ..rd by the City
Council of Salt Lake City April 26, 1909, and approved. by the Iiayor
April 29, 1909, be, and the same is hereby amended and re-en:eted :so

SEfTIOL 610. APPLICATIOI FUR PARMI T. PILAUS. FEES.. Appli-
cations for permits for sewer connections must be nude in writing
by the owner of the premises, or his authorized agent, and must
be accompanied. by a plan, showing the cause of the connection,

what is known as the intercepting Sewer where the fixtures in the
house or property so to be connected with said sewer are lower
than the present elevation of the sewer on eifth South Street at
the crossing of the intercepting sewer at Eighth West and Fifth
South Streets.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and resolutions, or parts of ordinan-
ces and resolutions in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed to the
extent of such conflict.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall tu.ke effect upon apy,roval.
